Kathy's focus is the assessment and coaching of professionals, managers, and executives. She specializes in the improvement of interpersonal interactions and communications style; stress management; and self-regulation of emotional reactions.
She has extensive and wide-ranging experience helping individuals deal with challenging work and life experiences, acquire new behaviors, and develop new problem solving approaches.
Since 1997, Kathy has spent part of each week as a senior clinical psychologist at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis where she helps patients successfully return to work following cognitive or personality changes due to illness or physical trauma.
She also maintains a private clinical practice focused on adult clients adjusting to a variety of life circumstances.
She is an adjunct professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota. Kathy completed her B.S. in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin and earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
